  • 1. Ordering Terms
  • Online & Phone Orders
  • Orders can be placed online or by calling us directly. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to; incorrect information, misleading information or suspected fraud.
  • Order Confirmation
  • Once your order is received online, you will receive confirmation via email. Please review all details and notify us immediately of any changes.
  • 2. Substitution Policy
  • We strive to fulfill every order with care and quality and honor any special requests.  However, due to seasonal availability, market conditions, and flower freshness, substitutions may be necessary.
  • Any substitutions will maintain the aesthetics of our style and value of your original order.
  • If a major change is required, we will attempt to contact you for approval. 
  • In time-sensitive situations (e.g., same-day delivery), we reserve the right to proceed with appropriate substitutions to ensure timely fulfillment. While we aim to replicate your requests as best as possible, fresh flowers are a natural product and subject to availability. 
  • 3. Delivery Policy
  • Local Delivery
  • We deliver within Mahomet and surrounding areas within Champaign County. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout or provided during your phone order.
  • Please ensure the correct delivery address and contact information are provided. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect, incomplete information or recipient unavailability. 
  • Delivery Windows
  • We offer delivery Monday–Saturday during normal business hours. While we strive to meet preferred delivery times, exact delivery times are not guaranteed. 
  • No deliveries will be made on Sundays or public holidays unless otherwise stated. Funeral Orders will be delivered on Saturday for any funeral services taking place on a Sunday.  Any online order requesting a Sunday delivery will be made either on the Saturday before or the Monday after. 
  • Orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.  
  • Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
    If the recipient is not home we will either:
    *Leave the flowers in a protected area near the front door (weather dependent) and notify the recipient. If we are unable to leave the flowers, we will call the recipient to schedule a new delivery or studio pickup.  We will only make ONE re-delivery attempt. 
  • Holiday Deliveries:
    To help assure scheduled delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 7 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Administrative Professionals Week, and Mother's Day.
    Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day & Weekend, Christmas Eve through the first week of January, Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
  • 4. Pickup Policy
  • Pickup is available during business hours. Please allow 1 to 3 hours for order preparation. Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be donated without refund or credit.
  • 5. Cancellations and Changes
  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup or delivery time.
  • Orders canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a fee or may not be eligible for refund depending on the status of our agreement, custom, special order or large-scale arrangements will not be refunded or credited.
  • 6. Returns and Refunds
  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction.
  • If you are unhappy with your order:
  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
  • Provide a photo of the product and a description of the issue.
  • We may offer a replacement, store credit or a refund at our discretion.
  • 7. Special Requests & Custom Orders
  • We welcome custom requests and will do our best to accommodate them. However:
  • Specific flower types or colors may not always be available.
  • We encourage placing custom at least 14 days in advance. 
  • Custom and special order pricing will vary based on requested flowers, availability, wholesaler minimum requirements and labor. 
  • 8. Holiday & Peak Season Policy
  • During floral holidays and peak seasons—including but not limited to Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas—the floral market experiences extreme increases in both demand and supply chain costs. These market conditions impact flower pricing industry-wide, and as such, our policies during these periods are as follows:
  • Seasonal Price Adjustments
  • Due to global demand spikes, wholesale flower costs rise significantly—sometimes by 2–4x—particularly for high-demand flowers such as roses, lilies, and tulips.
  • We may adjust our product pricing during these periods to reflect these increased costs.
  • These seasonal price adjustments are standard industry practice and are necessary to maintain the quality and availability of our products.
  • Limited Availability
  • Certain flowers or design options may sell out quickly or become unavailable due to global shortages.
  • We recommend placing your order early to ensure the best selection and availability.
  • We reserve the right to make substitutions as needed (see our Substitution Policy) and will always preserve the value and overall aesthetic of the original design.
  • Design & Delivery Limitations
  • Due to volume, custom design requests may be limited or unavailable during peak weeks.
  • Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed during high-volume days, though we will do our best to honor your preferred delivery date.
  • Delivery windows may be extended (e.g., 9am–6pm)
  • Early Cut-Off Deadlines
  • We may close order intake several days before the holiday once capacity is reached.
  • Orders placed after our cut-off may not be fulfilled on the actual holiday and may be rescheduled for an alternative day.
  • Note: We strive to maintain transparency and quality during these high-demand times and appreciate your understanding of the operational and cost challenges that affect the entire floral industry during holidays. During peak floral holidays early ordering is strongly encouraged. Order at least 7 days prior.

  • 9. Floral Subscriptions
  • We offer flexible floral subscriptions (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) for homes or businesses.
  • Subscription Terms
  • Minimum subscription term: [4 Weeks]
  • Payment is billed automatically at the agreed interval
  • Delivery is included unless otherwise stated
  • Pausing or Cancelling
  • Subscription may be paused or canceled with 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
  • Missed deliveries due to incorrect information are non-refundable.
  • Flower types will vary based on season and availability. 
  • 10. Event Florals & Weddings
  • We provide floral services for weddings, corporate events, and private functions.
  • Booking & Deposits
  • A signed contract and non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50%) are required to secure your date depending on the scope of your event.
  • Balance is due no later than [30] days prior to the event.
  • Cancellations
  • Cancellations made more than [60] days in advance may or may-not receive a partial refund limited to 50% of monies paid at our discretion (excluding deposit).
  • Cancellations within [59] days of the event are non-refundable due to flower procurement and labor and time already invested.
  • 11. Floral Workshops
  • We offer seasonal and private floral workshops in-store, customer homes or at partner venues.
  • Registration
  • Pre-registration and full payment are required to secure your spot.
  • Class sizes are limited and seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the class to receive a future credit, refunds are not offered due to early flower procurement requirements.
  • No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a credit and reschedule will be offered.
  • 12. Privacy Policy
  • We respect your privacy. Customer data is used only for order fulfillment and communication purposes. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
  • 13. Liability
  • We are not responsible for:
  • Delivery delays or damage due to weather, traffic, incorrect information, non-availability of recipient or events out of our control.
  • Allergic reactions to individuals or pets caused by flower/plant materials
  • Damage after delivery or pickup
  • All floral arrangements are perishable and should be cared for appropriately upon receipt to extend vase life.
